Citizens Academy Application

The City of Powell is seeking people interested in participating in the City of Powell’s Citizen Academy.

Sessions are taught by the City Administrator and Superintendents. Applicants are screened to ensure attendance by a cross-section of the community.

We are seeking academy participants of all ages, and that are from all walks of life – retirees, laborers, business owners and administrative professionals.
